Return Policy – Bali Online Orders (Surfboards Only)

We want you to be confident when purchasing your new board from us. Our return policy is designed to give you a chance to check your surfboard in person before committing to it — only available for orders within Bali, Indonesia.

When Can You Return Your Board?

  • You may return your board within 30 days of receiving it, only if it’s unused and in “as new” condition.
  • This means:
    • No wax
    • No grip
    • No dings
    • No stickers
    • No signs of use
If you’re not 100% happy once you’ve checked the board in person, bring it back to us and we’ll exchange it for another board that suits you better (subject to availability).

When Can You NOT Return Your Board?

  • Once the board has been used, waxed, gripped, or altered in any way, it cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns of:
    • Apparel
    • Accessories
    • Sale, ex-demo, or discounted boards

How to Return a Board

  • All returns must be done in person at our Bali store.
  • We do not accept returns by post, courier, or any other delivery method.
  • Bring your board in original condition, along with proof of purchase.
  • Get in contact with us @jsgaragecanggu@gmail.com to get a Returns Authorization Number

Please Note

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Must have Returns Authorization Number 
  • Refunds are not provided unless the product is faulty - faulty goods will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Boards must be returned in original packaging (if applicable) and undamaged.
